  The customer service is HORRIBLE!
  the service department is poorly managed I have yet to get a return call from John and the employee I spoke with did not know the meaning of customer service or how to represent this company. After calling and getting hung up on I feel the needed to warn others to take an aspirin before calling Manfrotto (NJ). Keep in mind that they are not the only company out their > Best advise Shop Around before dealing with their unprofessionalism like their parts department (Chris). smh
